The juice or other liquid matter that drips from flesh in cooking, made into a dressing for the food when served up.

Gush
To issue with violence and rapidity, as a fluid; to rush forth as a fluid from confinement; to flow copiously.

Geometer
One skilled in geometry; a geometrician; a mathematician.
